The hotel was very cozy and comfortable, homey even. The location was also very close to the airport with an airport taxi facility available through the reception. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot and left my airpod case in my room and the staff patiently looked for it for me and kept it charge while I went back for them. All in all a 10/10 experience.

The customer service was awesome. There was an issue with the cardkey reader on my room and I was given another room with no issue. Also I ordered dinner from the bar and the employees working that area were great. Everyone I encountered during my stay was amazing. I was also given suggestions to a Christmas Market to go to.
