Really nice modern hotel in center of Charleroi . Good bicycle storage inside . Reception was very friendly. Spoke English which made conversation easier . Really nice room - 437 - with view of the square . Very clean bathroom and comfortable bed. Close to many restaurants. Their on-site restaurant was closed but we walked about 300m. to a nice restaurant called “The Huggy Burger” . Very nice breakfast in a comfortable area of the hotel .

Really nice hotel, well located for Charleroi airport. They run a shuttle service to the airport which can be booked at reception (it was €25 for 4 of us). The room was spotless, spacious and well equipped. Really quiet, couldn't hear any noise from any other rooms or even from the airport. Friendly staff.

The room was nice and warm, everything was on it’s place and the owner was super nice - proposed to bring us to the airport and suggested very nice restaurant. And even booked a table for us and bring us there. I would really love to come back there again
