Everything!!!! It was the best hotel in Europe that I ever visited- kind and smiling people, very comfortable and clean rooms, The air conditioner in the room worked excellent (I visited in august, then it was very hot outside and this issue was really important). There are any time anoug parking outside. I'm very glad that I found it!

The room was very modern and luxurious. They even served a complimentary cake. Bed was comfortable and nice shower. Overall a 10/10 place to stay in Sofia. We booked this hotel room on our last day in Sofia as we were flying back the next day. Wish we could have stayed longer. Next time maybe :)

The receptionist couldn't do enough to assist me, from welcoming me on my arrival directly from the airport at 3am, to booking taxis, or organising a take away breakfast, to suit my travel arrangements. . . . I was permitted to check out just before midday and, my luggage was kept safe, long after I'd checked out, as I waited for my taxi . . .
