Extremely polite, friendly and professional staff! The location surroundings aren't the best (if you don't have a car) but it's close to the city center and the hotel makes up for it - they offer coffee and drinks at the lobby. The parking was convenient.

The staff is wonderful, speaks several languages, which is very convenient. Responsive, always ready to help. Breakfasts are excellent, delicious. We also had dinner there and everything was incredibly delicious, very homely and cozy. The rooms are clean, cozy.

    It's a huge mall, but only half of the shops are open.

    It's a huge mall, but only half of the shops are open. It lacks restaurants, currently only has about 4 of them: a pizza place, a McDonalds, a smoothie bar / healthy food bar and a Subway. The toilets are relatively clean, and free of change to use. Next to BulMag, you'll find suitcase lockers, they can lock away your bags for 40 minutes free of charge. After that, they open automatically, so make sure that once every 40 minutes you go back to them and lock them again.
