Absolutely incredible! Like a jewel in the heart of Ottawa, right in the center of ByWard Market and close to all the tourist attractions. Just a 10-minute walk to the metro station. Spotlessly clean with everything you could need – even plates, cups, a microwave, and a teapot. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially Erwin at the front desk. Honestly, if you missed out on the Fairmont Hotel, this place is the perfect alternative!
