EVERYTHING. The owners are so amazing, they really take care of the hotel, have an amazing “home made” breakfast, awesome recommendations of things to do, etc. Also, if it’s not cloudy, the views from their lake rooms are outstanding.

One of the best places one can go to! The room was wonderful with the huge terrace and stunning view. The staff was so kind and supportive! They even did a special mini surprise for my boyfriends birthday without been told. We will definitely go back. Amazing stay! The complimentary breakfast was delicious as well as the diner in the restaurant. 10/10

It was my birthday and I was given a surprise special attention at the breakfast with birthday song and sparkle light. The variety at the breakfast was also great. The room was quite comfortable with almost every needed toiletries. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The Spa area was superb. The entire indoor felt like living in a castle though not so modern but all classy and feels homely.

Carlton Europe Hotel enjoys a central location on the Höheweg promenade, 100 metres from the Interlaken Ost Train Station. It offers free WiFi access.
