IndiaI had a good room view overlooking the other smaller buildings and the sunset view was very good from my room. the curved full window glass gives a fantastic panoramic of the city. The best view was from the break fast lounge where you could see the river and bridge.

PhilippinesOur rooms was clean, spacious, cozy and very relaxing after a long tiring day. We loved the complimentary shuttle going to canton fair and going back to Hotel. We also enjoyed the complimentary social hour and complimentary first round in the mini bar, hope you'll continue doing that.Buffet breakfast was superb. Variety of foods were provided.I would like to commend also your EMPLOYEE named Oscar from the concierge. He is very helpful to us and very fluent in english.=)

The tower has only 2 to 4 elevators, if you are going count enough time. There is huge queues for all kind of level and then you need to do the same thing for getting back. If there is bad weather the change is hight your aren't allow to do the tram thing on the top. so they let you up and queueing to tell you at the top that it is closed... a bit bad organized the thing.Guest review byChantaleSwitzerland

The location of the hotel was quite far from everything but using the Chinese application didi, a 30 minute car journey to some of the main attractions such as the canton tower only cost 26.8 RMB (around £2.80) so it was very cheap.
