The hotel truly deserves its 5 stars. Our room was spacious and elegant, with a super comfortable bed, a lovely bathtub, and an unforgettable view over the city. Having been going to Shanghai in the past 20 years and have stayed at many five star hotels, I now think Puli Hotel & Spa is my favourite hotel for its impeccable facilities and thoughtful service. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, from the bell boys to receptionists to bar tenders. Also, I had the best margarita mixed by Eden, a brilliant, young and pleasant mixologist at the bar.
