Wonderful hotel! It was very clean. The location was great near metro and bus stops. Also the main attractions were near - City Wall, Muslim residential quarter, Bell Tower, Drum Tower. The breakfast was tasty and diverse - Western and Chinese cuisine. Really liked the tea and the soup. The staff were very helpful and nice. If I will be in Xi’an again I will visit this hotel again. Thank you so much for this perfect stay!

The place and its people were so welcoming. They helped with all needed services promptly. The room was comfortable., the breakfast very good. The hostel is located in a quiet street yet still near the metro from where you can get to all directions. Also to the Arab Quarter you can reach in 15 min. walking.

Great value for money.Located a 20 minute walk to the Muslim quarter.Lots of great restaurants and food trucks in the vicinity.Staff very attentive and helpful,despite the language barrier-Google translate is a must.There is a Kitty caffe at the reception,kids loved the cats (under 14 years old are not allowed in).Free coffee, tea and biscuits at the bar all day round+unlimited free laundry,which is not usual in hotels.Choice of five menues for breakfast (3 Western,2 Chinese)+fruit,yoghurt,drinks,which was ok for a good start of the day. Rooms are spacious with every day room service,all is very clean.Beds are quite big for Asian standards and we slept very good.Would definitelly come again,we loved HeSu hotel - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Amazing facilities, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Was celebrating a birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay feel extra special. Will come back again one day.

Beautiful rooms, outstanding location - not just the metro 150m away but that Bell Tower on your doorstep, literally! - and the most friendly, helpful staff I encountered on the trip. Loved everything about it.
