We got picked up by the host at the station and from there we got really treated awesome by this wonderful family. Breakfast and dinner were delicious!
Rooms and facilities were clean, modern and spacious. Pool was also really clean.
I can really recommend this Home Stay as this was a great experience!!!

CanadaThe owner Jenny was amazingly friendly and helpful! She helped us book all the transport, tickets and plan our routes everyday. She even helped us buy other tickets after we left the hotel. My partner doesn't speak Chinese and a helpful local in China is priceless. The service itself is worth the money, you don't even need a tour guide.
Good location as well, walking distance to Tianmen mountain cable car station and the main town.

ChinaThe property is situated close to Tianmen mountain but away from the busy streets, which we liked. The owners were lovely and welcoming. After checking out, we left our luggage there whilst we explored the area, which we appreciated. The owners offered to take us to the train station but we opted to get a taxi as we had some stop-offs to make on the way. The room was nice and clean, and the AC was amazing!! The breakfast was lovely, though my chopstick skills are woeful! The hotel seems to be family run and they are all so lovely.

Best spot for pictures are actually on the left corner on the elevated area. Do not waste time on the way.

I was up on the mountain in the winter ,3 days after heaven's door was closed ,so get there when the main attraction is open . I was the last tourist off the mountain ,but it was still fantastic ,everything was covered in ice and it was very foggy ,I still enjoyed the experience. Once again make sure those things you want to see are going to be available

Tianmen Mountain or heavenly gate is a great attraction with stunning views. It is easy accesible by cable car, the routes are clear and there are different things to see and to do, the temple, the gate and the glass walk. I prefered this place over the Yangjiajie Scenic Aera.

Rainbow was the nicest. Very helpful and kind.
She helped be with pretty much everything I needed while visiting the area.
The hotel is very well located and next to the Tianmen mountain’s cablecar.
A lot of restaurants around and at night the place is really calm.

The hotel is well located not too far from the main points in the city including the entrances for Tianmen mountain both A& B options and very close to the airport/ train station. Helpful staff at reception. good size room spacious, good value for money.

JJ and his wife were excellent hosts. Very welcoming and always helpful with local things to do. The apartment is nice too, restaurants and supermarket close by and right next to the cableway station to Tianmen mountain. We had a great experience in China.

The hotel has nice facilities, but it clearly needs better maintenance — for example, the carpets in both the common areas and rooms are stained, and the toilets and shower tiles show marks from age and use.
The property is conveniently located near Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, but it’s about 35–40 minutes away from other main attractions like the Glass Bridge/Grand Canyon, Tianmen Mountain, and the 72 Wonders Building. Zhangjiajie National Park itself can easily be seen in one day.

All, the position was strategic, in front of the cable for the Tianmen Mountain, the staff was welcoming and try to help us with every need, the also gifted us with fresh fruits for the National holiday.
I certainly recommend this hotel.

We made a last minute decision to book here and don't regret. The hotel has a fantastic location only a few minutes from the airport set in a lush area with amazing views of Tianmen mountain. Selina helped us enormously arranging a beautiful transfer from the airport on arrival and then to the train station on departure all included courtesy. Selina have us an amazing room with an incredible view and I would mainly come back to this hotel again because of how caring Selina was!

Mary is the best host one could hope for. This stay was clearly the best of our entire trip, we enjoyed it so much. She helped us organise the visits to the park and tianmen mountain and cooked homemade meals for us. I have never been treated so well at an hotel.

Super friendly! They helped us organize the tours in Tianmen mountain, Zhangjiajie Forest and Grand Canyon to avoid crowds and also helped us buying the tickets way before our arrival to China.
In addition, the rooms are really clean and seem quite new. For Tianmen mountain is perfectly located, really close to the cable car entrance (5 min by car).
We just stayed 1 night in their hotel but wished to stayed longer.
