Very nice staff, always available, caring and welcoming us with a smile. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom pretty clean. The car service to the airport was amazing (made us save more than 20€ compared to a normal taxi). The position was very cool, close to the city center but not too close to hear the noise and to be stuck in the tourist’s crowds, easy reachable by car and very close to a couple of very good restaurants.

Their genuine kindness and proactive assistance made a significant difference. From sharing local insights and guiding us through the city to personally ensuring a smooth check-in, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. One noteworthy instance was their flexibility in accommodating our early arrival, showcasing a level of service that goes beyond the norm. These individuals, though I interacted with them the most, are surely a reflection of the hotel's commitment to exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel, not just for its prime location and amenities, but for the outstanding service delivered by a team that truly understands the art of hospitality. Thank you to the entire staff, especially Natasha and Artem, for making my stay truly memorable!
