I liked the undercover secure parking, €20 per day, on the same level as my room. The room was spacious. Comfortable bed. A bar refrigerator and kettle were appreciated. There are foodmarkets, cafe's, restaurants near by. Also the metro is 5min away. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The stylish BIG MAMA Berlin is situated in the north of Berlin, 600 metres from U-Bahn Osloer Straße Underground Station, which offers direct connections to central Berlin in 10-minutes.

We had a friendly welcome upon arrival. Our bikes could be safely stored in the secure, locked parking garage, which was a big plus. The room and bathroom were both clean and spacious. The hotel is located in a vibrant, multicultural neighborhood with exotic restaurants nearby — perfect for food lovers. There was a bit of noise from the nearby park in the evening, but it quieted down after 10 PM, so it didn’t disturb our sleep. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as we had an early train to catch, but there’s a shared kitchen on the first floor where you can prepare something yourself. That was absolutely perfect for our needs. All in all, a great stay — we would definitely come back!

Great location, 3 min walk from a major train and subway station, also a direct connection to airport express train. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception like Isabella and Ahmad. Around Hotel there are many restaurants, shops, and a shopping mall, very convenient. Quite new facilities, clean room, comfy bed, good breakfast.

I was looking forward to making this review after my trip. Having travelled to many countries, I'd say this is one of the top 3 hotels/hostels I have ever been to. Absolutely excellent in every possible way.

I want to direct a special thanks to the guy working at the reception last night 7/8 (sorry I didn't get your name). I arrived late and tired with my motorbike and he made everything super easy with the check in and made me feel safe with parking my bike and settling with everything. My experience was excellent! The room was beautiful and spotless clean, the bed comfortable and the location really good. I'll definitely will come back & recommend this place 👌🏻
