The hotel is not too far from the Christmas Markets. It is within walking distance to everything. We had two rooms. They were both very modern and comfortable. It appears that the hotel is getting a makeover. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did some research for us and found out which hospital was the closest and called us a taxi to get to the emergency room at the hospital because our son woke up very ill. This was on Christmas Eve at 5am. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and the dinners there are great! They serve the best schnitzel and panna cotta. It was so delicious!!!

We liked everything about this hotel. Friendly receptionists, well sized, nice rooms, great location (railway station and old town). Breakfast was included and was really great. Highly recommended!
