A wonderful place, but astonishingly disorganised. The staff were astonishingly grumpy and unhelpful, and really made it clear they didn't want to help, in any way. Also, one needs to lock up all drinks and one cannot go to the cafe to get a drink, so they expect you to spend 3,4 or more hours without a drink... it is quite poor. The museum itself is brilliant, it's why I came to Berlin.
