Your staff were light and friendly. Very kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. I was travelling alone and having music/radio playing during breakfast was lovely. The access to Bonn, Brühl and Cologne was brilliant. All the taxis services I used were courteous and kind (I was a woman alone) it helps when people are kind - especially at night or early in the morning. He reception lady was lovely. My son lives next door as he works for Phantasialand - he recommended the hotel and it was simple, clean and lovely.

The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and super clean. The room was quiet and there was a fan provided which was great in the hot weather. Check in after hours was easy via the automated check-in and staff the next morning were lovely. We really enjoyed staying and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

More spacious than I had imagine. The climate control systems worked well, it was great to be able to go to bed in cool temperature. There are many restaurants within 15mins radius. The staff were helpful too. Breakfast wasn't with too much variety, and a bit basic. But it was good.

    Very clean! The kitchen is well maintained and with all the needed equipment. The bathrooms were like new. It is about 15 min drive to Phantasialand and 25 to Köln

    The apartment is located in a calm location and has supermarkets closer by. The host was very kind and the apartment was kept super clean with all necessary facilities. Phantasialand is just 10 mins away. Definitely recommended for families.

    The location is near the city Brühl, and comfortable if you also visit the attraction park Phantasialand, very near to it. Outside there's a big parking. Inside is very beautiful and cozy. You can enjoy a snack bar in the evening, which is actually a light dinner (chicken, salads, biscuits, fruits, coffee, etc.). That was a nice suprise!Breakfast is also very good. The personnel is very polite and willing to help. It was really worth staying for a night there.

    The staff was very kind. Everywhere in the hotel were possibilities to drink or snack something, you can make tea and Coffee in the hotel room. It is in the middle of nature and close to Phantasialand.
