The staff was very kind and helpful. We wanted to leave our backpacks in the hotel before check-in (which was at 15:00), because we were there earlier than expected (around 13:00). They said that it could be possible to leave the backpacks and come back later; however, this was not even necessary, because the room was ready at that time (although it may have been luck). We got the "small room", because we were staying only for one night, but it was waayy better than expected. Definitely will come back again.

Staff at reception were super nice ! Helped me a lot with adjusting the reservation, late check out, payment etc. Room was really clean Bathroom is huge btw The hotel is much brighter and cheerful than the pictures And coffee is amazing.

The hotel was well renovated in a calm and nice neighbourhood. The metro was just around the corner and there was a nice park nearby as well. Breakfast was quite great, they had the most amazing homemade booster shots. There was a pretty nice garden where you could relax or have a drink. Rooms were tidy and clean.

It was our art tour to Berlin with my husband. The hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations! It is a piece of art itself. The building is an ancient mansion reconstructed and rebuilt. Every moment we enjoyed the beauty of the place with lot’s of paintings and antiques. We were also made a complimentary upgrade at the reception for the suit which was very sweet. We also enjoyed the silence if the place. Our stay was fantastic!!!!!!!
