Upon arrival with my hybrid car, the person who dealed with the valet service asked me if I would like my battery to be charged while my car was parked in the garage. I found this extremely considerate and it set the tone of the rest of my stay. The staff showed a trully helpfull attitude at all times and delivered a high standard service. The rooms were very comfortable. The Spa was beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. But the best of all was the ski-service in the hotel. It was super easy to get a ski-pass and ski materials in the hotel. On top of this, the hotel is located on the slope, so not hustle at all.

Staff are very pleasant and helpful, allowed us to check in early, nothing is too much trouble. Beds are super comfortable and rooms basic and cosy, well equipped with lots of hot water. Views from the terrace are amazing! Restaurant is very pleasant with a great breakfast and plenty of variety. Lunch and evening meal menus are nice and great prices. Overall a great budget place, independent place to stay, close to the ski station with plenty of parking too. We will definitely stay again and really feel that we have found a little gem .
