The facilities and general ambience of the hotel were of a high standard, equivalent to far more expensive places. The room and ensuite were spacious, with a coffee machine provided. Cafes and a supermarket nearby. Excellent value for money in a very convenient location, a few minutes walk to a Metro station and not far to travel to central sights.

The new Westin Madrid Cuzco enjoys a prime location along the prestigious Madrid street Paseo de la Castellana, a 5-minute walk from the iconic Santiago Bernabeu (Real Madrid’s Stadium).

I had stayed at this hotel several times and I love it. Love the remodeling they did to it. Rooms are very comfortable Breakfast is just amazing, it is a little pricey but you need to try . Personnel extremely friendly. Location is great if you are looking to stay in this area (beware that is not downtown Madrid)
