Miguel at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. He recommended places to visit near Valencia and even went to our room to try to make the WIFI work.

Good sized room...excellent shower and very comfortable bed. Great selection at breakfast and very secure parking. Lottie our cavalier king charles Spaniel was very comfortable in her hotel, provided bed...water and food dishes provided too. Top marks !!

I am satisfied very much about Palafox. The location is very near to every monuments of tourist. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choice. The room is quite big and comfort. The price is very nice and reasonable. I will book this hotel when I visit Zaragoza again.
