It had been a lovely experience staying at this charming hotel for the New Year's Eve weekend. The rooms are really cozy, well-equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. The location was also great as there several castles around you can visit within 30 minutes drive. The breakfast buffet was complete and delicious. The 2 restaurants inside offered very good food. The gastronomic menu we had for the NYE dinner was such a great experience! Everything on the menu was delectable! The staff are really helpful, thoughtful, nice and friendly. Highly recommended indeed!

    This was an epic chateau with so much interest and fine art.

    This was an epic chateau with so much interest and fine art. The “histopads” are an amazing virtual/visual guide that really brought it to life. We stayed over 4 hours and could have done with a cafe break to really do it justice. No garden but it was an excellent wet weather outing. Centuries of history, excellently presented - we will have to return.

    The location of the house was central and within 15mins walking distance to the Blois Castle and bridge to restaurants, in a quiet pedestrian street. Pre-arrival information was comprehensive and host was very responsive. The welcome greeting by Nathalie was warm, excellent and informative. She also offered to walk with us to the restaurant we had booked for lunch, familiarizing us with sites along the way. The terrace house itself was well equipped and comfortable with ducted temperature control and heaters in rooms.

    The apartment is situated right in the centre of Blois built into the walls of Blois Castle. We were able to park in the garage, even with the roofbox on our car and then everything was on our doorstep. The property is beautifully furnished and well-equipped. It was exceptionally hot on the weekend we stayed so we kept our windows open, with pretty views, but also some noise while the restaurants were setting up for the evening.

    Very well located to the Blois castle, a commercial street and the train station. Had a room facing the back and there was zero noise. Breakfast was abondant and available from 6:30 onwards which is good because I am an early riser. Plenty of tourist info in town and castles in the area.

    it was a family suit in the amazing old building, decorated in a great way. Windows were looking at the Blois castle, and we had a feeling that we were living in the castle itself. we had an amazing breakfast there, and host was very welcoming and attentive.
