superb and very helpful staff. the gave us an extra room even though we had probably made a mistake in our room. They found us batteries in the middle of the night for our medical devices. the printed documents. they were just awesome The location could not be better. and Lille is a wonderful town

The location was great - walking distance from the train station, the tour bus, the city centre. The family room was great, big enough for 4 people, and very welcoming, the breakfast was very tasty and the staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all, great hotel, we were very happy with it and for sure would stay again.

    Lille was beautiful - this place is the perfect location for any type of traveler. We had a small baby and it couldn't have been better. Right in the middle of everything and very easily accessible - would strongly recommend.
