Wonderful hotel, friendly kindness and full availability for any question. I was welcomed by a wonderful girl who spoke Italian and who immediately put me at ease. The room was lovely: clean, nice design with attention to detail, and there was even great tea with cookies. Breakfast in the restaurant/pub next door was fantastic: good choice, great quality, and very charming service staff!

We absolutely loved our stay at Baloci. The interior is beautifully designed — a perfect mix of elegance and charming eccentricity, with lots of thoughtful details and character throughout. The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable.
