The staff were great; Otis in particular. The restaurant staff were also fantastic (Dimitri?) However, the food itself could taste better considering the price. That was the only downside. Otherwise, the room, staff, hotel and location are all perfect.

Just 5 minutes from Stansted Airport, this hotel offers breakfasts and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Central London is only a 45-minute train journey away.

Very clean room and very comfortable. Comfortable beds and big bathroom. The location is close to the Stansted airport and that's convenient if you have an early flight.

Just what we needed - a quiet, cosy place 10min away from Stansted airport. It was very clean and the room was lovely, refurbished and fully equipped with all amenities needed. Free parking available as well. Shoutout to the cool polyglot receptionist!! ;)
