Great location. Close to subway and train stations. Starbucks across the road. Lots of food options around. Lift available. Would recommend taking the train or subway to the hotel as in peak traffic it took 2 hours via uber from Heathrow airport.

Superb luxury experience. The place manages to create an elegant upscale hotel at the same time avoiding two ever present cliches. Most 5* hotels pretend to be some sort of a palace reminiscence or the opposite, an over designed nauseaus avantgarde mashup. Pan pacific delivers super elegant and modern at the same time. Beavo! Great staff. They managed to keep on smiling, sincerely smiling during my 40 minute search for the room with the best view. very good pool area, amazing breakfast. Highly recommended!

Hotel is very nice. Room very clean. Children are given some presents and books for goodnight story (amazing!). Everything is prepared with details, in the room nothing is missing! Restaurant is very good , on the terrace. Staff is very kind. Location is perfect (quite area very close to the tube station and St Pauls' Cathedral).
