I have also been there for music/food festival events too & both were really good. Location it’s perfect with walking distance to everything you need around: Central Station, shops, restaurants, stadium, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really like as we only stay couple of nights for a birthday celebration. It’s only a need a bit of TLC but apart from that we love it. We will definitely go back there in our next visit. The location couldn’t be better – right in the city centre, within walking distance to Cardiff Castle, the Principality Stadium, St. David’s Shopping Centre, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment itself is spacious, exactly like the photos, and very comfortable. It has everything you need, including a washing machine, and the heating system is outstanding – perfect for a cozy stay. Cardiff Castle is a conglomerate of several monuments - the roman portion is under excavation. the castle itself on the motte (hill) was nicely restored, the House, done in gothic fantasy was well restored and over the top with gaudy detail.
