The location were very central with easy access to the main bus and train stations, shopping centre, pubs, bars and Cardiff Castle. The room was expansive and very well equipped. They thought of everything and provided whatever we needed before we even asked for it. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you with your queries.

The staff were all charming and helpful. The room was beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable and the bed lining of good quality. The tea and coffee were v good and the in room fridge was a bonus. The selection of food at breakfast was excellent.

    Cardiff Castle is an interesting place to visit as it has a small museum full of information about events relating to the castle & its history. I have also been there for music/food festival events too & both were really good. Is located within a fairly easy walk from town centre & defiantly worth a visit if you like history.

I was on the top floor at the front of the building.....very quiet at night. Had tea/coffee facilities in room. No breakfast available, but was not an issue for me. Would recommend. Pin number to access main door and bedroom door.

    Great breakfast available. If you want to be in a very central location then this is perfect. On the high street and just 5-10 minutes from Cardiff Castle. Lots of lovely traditional shopping arcades. I selected the right room to be away from the noise of the high street on a Friday night!

    The hotel it’s a very charming old building exactly opposite to Cardiff Castle. Location it’s perfect with walking distance to everything you need around: Central Station, shops, restaurants, stadium, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really like as we only stay couple of nights for a birthday celebration. It’s only a need a bit of TLC but apart from that we love it. We will definitely go back there in our next visit. Ps… if you have a heavy luggage just take as notice that it’s not lift 😬

    Great location, as only a 15min walk into town, and Cardiff Castle. Secured off street parking, which was important to us. We arrived early, but we're allowed to check in, as the room was ready. We enjoyed a drink and dinner in the friendly bar. I would recommend this hotel.

    Our stay at the apartment was excellent. The location couldn’t be better – right in the city centre, within walking distance to Cardiff Castle, the Principality Stadium, St. David’s Shopping Centre, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment itself is spacious, exactly like the photos, and very comfortable. It has everything you need, including a washing machine, and the heating system is outstanding – perfect for a cozy stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Cardiff – highly recommended!

    Cardiff Castle is a conglomerate of several monuments - the roman portion is under excavation. the castle itself on the motte (hill) was nicely restored, the House, done in gothic fantasy was well restored and over the top with gaudy detail. Didn't go into the clock tower, that too was gaudy. Glad I went, it is a landmark.
