The hotel is very comfortable, and very welcoming. I have never stayed in a place with such a friendly and supportive team. Our room was clean and comfortable, much larger than our bedroom at home. Similarly the bathroom. We had breakfast each morning which was served cheerfully. The choice of options is very good, they make excellent poached eggs. We had an evening meal in the restaurant on three occasions, the food is flavourful and well presented. Portions are generous. It is an excellent location for the theatre, only yards away, and an easy walk to the centre of the city. Gary and his staff are what really makes the difference. They are so helpful and accommodating.

Very big room in a great location breakfast was excellent If you are going for an away day to hull for the football or rugby this is a great spot close to the city centre
