The unique feature of having a beer tap right in the room was a standout, providing a delightful touch to our accommodation. Although we encountered a slight hiccup when the tap stopped working, the hotel staff was quick to address the issue. They promptly looked into the problem and compensated us with an assortment of canned beers, ensuring our experience remained seamless. Additionally, the concept of a 'shower beer' added a fun and refreshing twist to our routine, making the entire stay memorable. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring the city. The staff deserves a special mention for their kindness and attentiveness, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast at the hotel was superb, consistent with the high quality we’ve come to expect from BrewDog establishments. The manager Mark made a great effort for us even though we were only staying one night, he managed to organise earlier check in when we arrived after a long journey. He was so friendly and helpful and we were so grateful. The food and coffee at the cafe downstairs is INSANELY good! Best brekkie!
