the room was very comfortable. there was a mini fridge, tea, a coffee machine, and all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer. we were welcomed by hannah who was so lovely and amazing to deal with. fresh cookies were delivered to us shortly after we arrived. our bags were taken to our rooms and we could explore the area until check in, which was an hour earlier than stated! the bed was comfortable. the air con in the room was a life saver, kept us lovely a cool. overall, i could not recommend the bull & last more. we will definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

Staff is super friendly and ready to help. We arrived much earlier than the chek in but the guy on the reception offered us to go to the breakfast and refreshe ourselves with food and coffee. Everything is really clean. The rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is always fresh.

This charming Victorian town house has a quiet yet convenient location, just metres from Swiss Cottage London Underground Station, on the Jubilee Line.

Excellent location. You can leave your hotel room and be sitting on the jubilee line in less than 5 minutes. Room and double bed were small but had the essentials and a massive tv which was a nice addition . For London the price was reasonable so I guess the small room is just what you get for the more reasonable price. I had expected it to be cold as a lot of my recent hotel stays had been in cold rooms but it was extremely warm . They could even do with turning down the heating a bit . We didn’t have any breakfast but it was available as an extra and you could decide on the morning if you wanted it. Area is relatively quiet so we didn’t have any issues with noise even though the room we stayed in was at the front of the building . I would highly recommend this as an excellent base to explore London and as a great option if you’re attending a concert or event in Wembley as it’s on the jubilee northbound line .

Great location, only 3mins from Belsize Park tube. Super comfy bed n good facilities within the room, altho I only used the kettle but there's a microwave n plates available. Great shower n very clean n spacious room. Definitely recommend. 15mins on bus from Tottenham Court Road or a few stops from Angel / Islington with the great pubs n cafes
