My room had an A/C problem, and the staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful to change the room. The room was clean and comfortable. The bunker bed was great for my 12 year boy. Breakfast was good Will visit again for sure.

The staff at the check-in was very nice. We were a very big group of customers but she's been very kind and also helping us managing the rooms. The breakfast was nice, if you book in advance it'll be cheaper. At night the lobby also have drinks and food. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom meets all our needs. The hotel is very closed to Heathrow airport. Transportations to Heathrow from the hotel are Bus, Airport shuttle or Private shuttle. (All with expenses)
