We stayed at this hotel as it was near to the venue we had a wedding reception to in the evening....we checked 45 mins before we were suppose to and they didnt charge us. We booked the family deluxe room for 4 ..the room was very spacious ...had 2 open interlinking rooms with tv in both ..the entrance in the room was very spacious with fitted wardrobes , hanging space n full length mirror. Bathroom was huge , room was sound proof as its close to heathrow airport . Theres a 24hr open bar with big lobby which after reception we just took over 😂 ...would deffo recommend 👍

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, also the rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was a dream. The hotel has a bus station nearby which made it very easy and quick to travel to the airport.

He kindly upgraded us to a better room that perfectly accommodated our family. Additionally, he arranged transportation to the airport next day, which made our departure hassle-free. The overall experience was lovely, and the hotel's proximity to Terminal 2 made it incredibly convenient for our transit. Loved the family room with Bunk beds... was a nice combination of modern and functional with a twist of charm and style.
