Every thing was good apart from the lukewarm water during shower in room 3030, so please kindly get this checked out. I mentioned this at the checkout at the reception counter as well. Otherwise, the stay was excellent

This was a great choice for when I was meeting my mum at Heathrow to travel to australia early the next day. Very convenient and the check in team were really lovely to my mum who checked in before me.
