Smart tvs and even an Xbox for the kids! The kitchen was amazing. Lots or utensils and everything you needed. Breakfast on the balcony with the sun shining was an added bonus! It is really close to supermarkets and under 10 min drive to Poole Harbour. Sandbanks beach is also only 10 mins away in the car. We did not want to leave. Quay Lettings are super helpful too. We had my 83 year old mother with us, we were meeting her 87 year cousin at a restaurant on Poole Harbour. Old Custom House meant that we didn't need to worry about driving anywhere, it was just a 2 min walk to the restaurant. Four of us stayed in the apartment at the top of the house, my mother had a double room on the first floor.
