We absolutely loved our stay at Baloci. The interior is beautifully designed — a perfect mix of elegance and charming eccentricity, with lots of thoughtful details and character throughout. The location is excellent: situated on a quiet street, yet just a short drive from the city centre. It felt peaceful and tucked away, while still being close to everything we needed. A true gem in Birmingham — we’d happily stay again!

The hospitality at the hotel was brilliant. All facilities were very modern and access in and out of the property was so easy Sarah was excellent as the person checking me in, sorting out my personal requests and making sure my stay was comfortable. I’ll definitely be back when working in the area next time

Absolutely everything was perfect, this is a first class establishment and a huge shout out to Camilla on front end she is a huge credit to your front of house staff. Pool and spa were wonderful to relax in and the buffet breakfast in the morning made us feel like royalty. Well done team!

The location was very good for our visit to the Symphony Hall. The room was clean and comfortable, a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast the next morning was really nice with lots of choice. Staff in all areas were friendly and courteous.

Location was perfect, booked to stay after a gig at Symphony Hall which was just a short walk away. Apartment was spacious and well laid out with bathrooms en-suite to each of the bedrooms. Owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with for check in and any questions. Fantastic value for 2 rooms in that location.

Location. Receptionist very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent - great choice hot and cold. Very close to Symphony Hall and within walking distance of town centre. Bed very comfortable.

Honestly it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We went to symphony hall and just needed a bed ! It was clean tidy and very comfortable beds! Very close to city center. Fantastic host lovely apartment. Would definitely visit again if we was to return! Few places in dissaray like the shower and the floor near the dining table but didn't expect anything exceptional. It did exactly what we needed smelt lovely and was very clean when we arrived!
