The location of this hotel is perfect to explore Belfast. This hotel has EVERYTHING you need in one location. The rooftop patio was such a vibe, the bar / patio was always hopping with people and the breakfast in the hotel was delicious. The best was the customer service. The young man at the front desk was super helpful and charming and very knowledgeable. He helped us book a Black Cab Tour and he delighted us with his knowledge on the Titanic!

Great venue for all types of gigs from comedy, tributes to special speakers. Intimate with floor seating on one level but usually a very lively crowd who enjoy their entertainment. Parking is difficult enough but plenty of public transport.

We were going to a concert in the Ulster Hall, the hotel is literally across the road! Parking is available on street and is free on Sundays. The staff are excellent, the lounge on the 23rd floor is magnificent. Room is extremely comfortable and very good nights sleep. We went out to a restaurant just beside the hotel for breakfast, rather than the hotel as it is quite an expensive addition.
