Everything. A very comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room. The room has everything you need. It’s a bit further away from the train station and the city centre, but you can shop for groceries in Aston University (which is only a 5-min walk away)

This was the second time we stayed here. Absolutely fantastic I loved it, It was great value for money and so clean and had modern rooms, comfortable and a lovely scent as you walked through the corridor to your rooms. My friend and I stayed on Saturday 24th May and sorry I have forgotten her name who greeted us at reception. she was amazing, lovely friendly helpful young lady please recognise her and also I saw the young lad when we checked out he also is very pleasant I remembered him from my first visit. So overall fabulous 👍 ✨⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The best place to stay in Birmingham! Since it’s a smart-hotel (you can do anything from your phone such as turn on/off lights, check in/out) your accommodation gets so comfortable! And what can I say for the staff! All of them were very helpful! Thank you guys!

    Overall good experience. I came for only one night to catch an Aston Villa game. The hotel is in a good location, 5 minutes from the main train station, so getting to Villa Park was relatively easy. The staff was nice.

    The location was very good for getting to Villa Park and town centre. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom and balcony in a quiet neighbourhood. Secure free parking place. Communication with the owner was quick and easy.

    The property is large and across 3 floors, clean and basic provisions are provided, very quiet enclose (other rental properties in the vicinity) 10 to 15 minute walk to city centre. Not much near the property but plenty of deliveries. The washing machine and dishwasher was a bonus. Will book again hopefully it's cheaper when England are not playing at villa park 😊. Make sure you let them know the total number of guests as they are very accommodating. The pool table was wonky but fun for the kids.

    Friendly budget hotel. Building is a social club with overnight rooms. Very clean. Friendly staff. We went on matchday so really convenient for Villa Park. Don't expect luxury. Do expect a good time.
