Amazing location, near all the action. Rooms are simple yet super clean, housekeeping change sheets & towels daily. The staff is wonderful, very helpful and check in was quick/easy . The Owner Tina is amazing, she is professional and is always there making sure every guest is completely satisfied. There is lots restaurant, wine shops and piazza is steps away. I loved everything about N16 and I will certainly be back when in Batumi.

The staff was magnificent. Always very good and very attentive and extremely helpful every time we needed something. The breakfast was also amazing and a huge quantity. Great location in the old part of the city.
