I had a feeling this place would be good, but in reality—it was even better! The rooms were really clean, and everything you might need was already there—from toothbrushes to all the little essentials, all well-prepared and available. The concierge girls were super kind and helpful, always ready to explain everything in detail and arrange whatever you need. The driver took us to Zen Beach, which was such a nice convenience. The staff overall was incredibly polite, always smiling, and doing everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the whole experience felt relaxed and thoughtful. Honestly, it’s a really, really good hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

Excellent location, about 3 blocks to a quaint bay with lots of restaurants, shopping area is several blocks away for clothes about a $5 cab ride,great breakfast, we booked a superior room that had a great view and well worth the upgrade, and port is close about $8 taxi. Highly recommend.

The building is new, the staff exceptional friendly and helpful. A great coffee shop with perfect breakfast options and excellent coffee is directly opposite the building. The apartment was very clean with nice furniture and a huge terrace. The tab water can be used as drinking water, however, the staff member must have seen that I was not that convinced abt tab warer and put 2 bottles of water in my room every day!
