The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. Very nice layout of the room. Shower was big and warm water came quickly. Aircon worked well, but a bit strong blowing over bed. The kitchenet and dinning made a big difference, adding to comfort.
