Rooms 45 and Room 47 were great. They had balconies, were clean, unscented, changed bedding/towels every 3 days, good shower, staff (Inez), location (40 min walk to old Town), safe, breakfast (order from menu, excellent cappuccinos). Room 47 had a beautiful view of the sea.

We booked a 2 days trip in Dubrovnik for our 1 year wedding anniversary and had the pleasant surprise to have been upgraded to the Royal Princess. Staff were lovely and I even got a surprise for my birthday. We just wished we could stay a bit more…highly recommend 🙏🏻

Loved this hotel - Room was clean, comfy and spacious. When booking this hotel we knew it was nice, but it exceeded our expectations - by staying at Royal Ariston you access the full Royal Brand hotel complex (series of waterfront hotels and facilities like bars, seating, restaurants but best of all beach access all along the coast!). No. 6 bus is a breeze to catch into Old Town and is cheap. So pleased we stayed in Lapad as it was easy to access Old Town and go sightseeing in the day, but at night the hotel is just amazing to hang out at. Convinced it had one of the best views in Dubrovnik! Special shout out to the comfiest hotel slippers ever.. wish I took them with me. Recommend bringing reef shoes prior to your stay (they are expensive in Dubrovnik).. I used my hotel slippers to walk down the rocks 🤣 Breakfast buffet was fabulous, hotel gave out fresh beach towels daily. Highly recommend Kopun restaurant in Old Town. Hotel has amazing sunset views - head down to the beach chairs by the sea and enjoy! Overall felt like this was such great value for money for what we got access to.

This is the main gate - just outside is the starting/ending...

This is the main gate - just outside is the starting/ending point for many of the city's bus routes so it all happens here. The downside is that it is also very busy. You access the walls to walk around from this gate entrance (on you left as you come into the city)

Overall, it’s good — excellent location, very close to Pile Gate, with no stairs in any alleys. You just turn into a small lane with the same name as the hotel, and you’re there.

Sara was a nice host and helped us along the way as it Google maps did not know how to guide us to the apartment. She also prepared the apartment and it was perfectly clean. It was a five minute - walk from Pile Gate and it has a very lovely garden and nice area in an old and beautifully renovated house. We recommend taking this apartment! Thank you for this nice accommodation!

Big size apartment. Lots of cups, plates, cooking utensils to use if you need. The host provided tea, coffee, washing powder. It was a home away from home. The host, super friendly and helpful, greeted us, helped us with our bags and gave us restaurant suggestions. The location is perfect for a short stay, close to Pile Gate, so your not trapsing your luggage through the Old Town.

This apartment is in a the old town a few minutes walk from the Pile Gate so no problems with luggage. The location is above a restaurant but double glazed windows so noise wasn’t a problem for me. I didn’t cook but enough if you wanted to with oven and dishwasher. Lovely well kept, clean and nicely furnished, very comfy bed, big shower! Ivan was great, I would highly recommend this place.

The apartment is in a perfect position, on the flat just a few minutes from Pile Gate with easy access to all the sites and wonders of the Old Town. Buses are also within easy access. The apartment itself is clean, well appointed and perfect for a couple with a kitchenette and all necessary kitchen implements. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
