The staff were amazing and helpful all of them but if i must hightlight one it was osman, who helped us alot in exploring the attraction of the city and give us good recomendations, locatoin was good, as area is active and on the river. Would diffenetly return.

Great location, breakfast was wonderful, they even found some gluten-free bread for me at the place. Check-in was earlier than announced and check-out at 11 am was helpful as well. All the personal was nice, it feels like they really enjoy to work here.
