Brand new hotel, with excellent breakfast and convenient parking garage. Location is in the middle of an industrial area, outside the touristic Galway, which is a 10 minute drive. Not a problem for those driving.

We took the train from Dublin to Galway; the Imperial is 1 block from the train station. The front desk staff was awesome as was the restaurant staff, very attentive. The bell boys deserve a shout out, took our luggage up to the 2nd floor and back down when we checked out, they arrived withing 5 minutes of calling the front desk. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was central to everything. We were directed to a parking garage down the street that was provided at a reduced rate for hotel guests. It was easy to access, although we did not need to drive during our stay in Galway. The room was spacious and well appointed. We appreciated the large bathroom space. Staff were very helpful. We experienced a problem with the AC in our room & it was dealt with right way. The self serve breakfast was exceptional. Both hot & cold foods as well as some grab & go options.

    The Dean, Galway is a real gem. Within walking distance to Eyre Square and the vibrant Shop street. The hotel decor gives an art Deco vibe. Our room was a good size, spotless, with a stocked mini bar in the Smeg fridge and tea and coffee facilities. The heated outdoor pool was an added bonus. We will be back!
