We loved the design and the overall vibe and were especially pleased with the breakfast and its lovely setting in the downstairs cafe. Nice restaurants, the Meir Park, Carmel Market and lots of Bauhaus gems are all within walking distance. It has a 24/7 AM/PM supermarket right across the road from the building entrance and a number of nice cafes for breakfast in the vicinity.
