Service was exceptional. Like visiting my family. The nicest people I’ve ever met in a hotel. Everybody: reception, restaurant, cleaning. Very good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, convenient parking.

Comfortable and spacious room. Very surprised that the restaurant for this chain is actually good, you have a chef who cooks freshly for you (view in the kitchen). Very well located for a road stop to rest one night. Parking very practical and free. Kind and effective service.

All praise for Moon Palace staff, professionalism and kindness at a high level. 👌 The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area and is easily connected to the highway and the center of Milan. Rooms are spacious, modernly furnished and, most importantly, neat and clean.👏 The terrace is spacious and overlooks the peaceful and spacious pedestrian zone in front of the hotel. Parking in the zone is free and there is a grocery shop, a hair salon and an American pub nearby. Also, dozen of green zones for pet walk🐶

The hotel has a good location, close to Milan city centre, it has a 24 hour reception so it wasn’t a problem for us to check in at 22:30, the parking is free, breakfast was included in the price, our dog was allowed and without any extra charge, men working at the reception were nice and polite
