I can't wait to come back here! My best friend and I chose this place for our first solo trip to Europe, and we didn't expect it to make our vacation this amazing. Both the location and the cleanliness of the rooms made us feel very comfortable and safe. The location was perfect; we could easily get everywhere, and the view from our room was amazing. It was wonderful to enjoy a glass of wine on our balcony. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and excellent service. I celebrated my birthday at this hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The check-in was earlier than expected, which was a very pleasant surprise. Additionally, after check-out, I was allowed to leave my luggage and even enjoy some coffee and tea — a very friendly and unexpected service that I really appreciated. The staff was always polite and attentive, which made me feel like an important guest. This hotel truly values its visitors, creating a special atmosphere of hospitality. The only small downside for me was the dust and the not fully polished faucets, which was a bit surprising. However, this did not spoil the overall positive impression of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates not only comfort but also genuine hospitality. Many thanks for the excellent service!

The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. We were greeted by Eleonora and Rita, both of whom made our stay wonderful. Rita’s knowledge of Russian was especially helpful for some of our friends who weren’t fluent in English, making communication easy and comfortable. The hotel’s proximity to the train station also made our travels convenient and stress-free.
