It is a very nice hotel wich is located not far from Venice. Absolutely wonderful alternative of the accommodation in the Venice center. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Amazing service, beautiful property, super easy to get to Venice by train (only 3 stops; ticket is just 1.5€). From my perspective, it’s much more convenient and comfortable to stay in a property like that one rather then to stay inside of Venice itself. Venice is overcrowded, has no public transport, not suitable for cars, kids and heavy luggage. I see no point in choosing an overpriced old hotel over super-comfortable villa with private parking in just 3 stops away from Venice. Well, it’s very subjective opinion, of course. It's a very nice and quiet place to sleep. The staff is very nice and cleanliness is taken care of.
