Everything was very good. Very nice and helpful stuff. Great breakfast. Very beautiful area. Although the hotel is located little bit further from main attraction points, the public transportation is in reach of few minutes and we didn't feel much problems with it.

Customer service 10/10 We loved the included breakfast buffet, one less thing to worry about. The hotel organised the taxi for us from the airport and told us where the best spots to go were. After three nights we became very familiar with the staff and miss them a lot! They cleaned the rooms nicely everyday. The location was also very safe and walking distance to Vatican City. I would say it is worth staying here over a place in the CBD because for the same if not less price you get a better quality accommodation, better customer service and safe location.

    The location was very convenient, only about 10-15 minutes walking from the Foro Italico. They have a little kitchen with 24h breakfast, also including gluten free items. The room was bright and spacious, and had AC. The best part, however, is the customer service. Simona is so helpful in recommending restaurants, calling for reservations, arranging taxis, etc. You will be well taken care of!
