The location was perfect - close to Duomo, but at the same time on a quite street. Also the staff was really friendly. The room was nice and clean and we had everything that we needed for our stay. There was a nice garden and comfy loby as well.

Very spacious room for four people. Toilet and bath is equipped with jacuzzi, which was perfect to keep our tired bodies to get soaked in a warm bath after all days of walking. The room is always tidied and cleaned everyday. Breakfast for Eur8 buffet style is sumptuous! The homemade croissants and desserts are perfect! Staff is very helpful in attneding our needs from umbrella, taxi and laundry. Hotel is very near the central station in Santa Maria Novella.
