The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was exactly as on the pictures, everything was clean and well functioning. The hotel was calm and very quiet.

The whole property was super , very clean and very quiet … staff at reception were amazing and so helpful !! Restaurant for dinner and breakfast was easy and great food

The staff were very friendly. I was travelling with my 19-year-old son who is in the army, so anytime he gets leave then we love to travel. We arrived at least more than 2 hours before check-in time but yet that was fine and they gave us our room. We had a bit of a faulty towers moment lol...we had arrived at the front where the food bit is and I said we were there to check-in. The lovely young man just said to go through the archway and his colleague would check us in. Well, we walked through the archway and the same man we just spoke to appeared and said 'I am my colleague, I shall now check you in' ha ha . We had a lovely stay. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel. Heck, we got off the pisa mover from the airport and only had to walk 10 minutes through lovely streets to get to the hotel. After which we wandered along to all the main sights like the leaning tower etc. We had a great stay.

The place is very nice and clean

Great value for money. Perfect location. Clean. Comfy beds.

The decor of the hotel is very '1950' but in my old age it was a pleasant throwback. Everything is very functional.
