From the front desk staff, breakfast staff and cleaners are amazing. The friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff was remarkable and they made our 5 night stay really wonderful. The hotel went above and beyond with our hotel experience as they know that we are celebrating some special event, they have ensured that we felt really welcome. Hotel service exceptional and I can say they have exceeded the service of a of a 5 star hotel. Kudos to all the staff! Breakfast was 5/5 - Allesandro and all the breakfast staff were very welcoming. The food selection was massive and they were delicious. Hotel room 5/5 - the amenities in the room was very good, the room even comes with a bidet! Good night sleep 4.5/5 - the bed was comfortable but could do a softer pillow in my preference. You can set the temperature of the room according to your preference heat or cool. We went on winter but not the outside temp for me is not to cold so I have our room in cool. Note: a lot of hotels in Europe disables cool/ac during winter even its not cold. So Im really happy with the hotel allowing me to set my own temperature. Cleanliness 5/5 - room service is done daily and every-time we come back our room is already remade. They even put under our bed that they have checked and cleaned it which i think was hilarious. Good job! Will definitely be my preferred hotel when im in Rome.

The hospitality of the staff was unparalleled: friendly, smiley, helpful. They surprised us by asking if we were coming for a special occasion and I didn’t expect much by telling them, but they prepared a nice little note and some treats for the member in our group celebrating their birthday! All amenities very clean and comfy and the breakfast had a wide choice and freshly baked goods! Highly recommend!

We stayed at the hotel for a week, and everything exceeded our expectations. We chose a triple room, and it was spacious and airy. The hotel’s location was central, about a 15–20 minute walk to major attractions. Since we travel outside the city quite often, being just 10 minutes away from the main train station made things much easier for us. We were very pleased with the hotel staff as well. We would especially like to thank Joshua and Walter for taking great care of us during breakfast time.They were incredibly caring, respectful and friendly people. They both were very interested in our needs.

When the Fountain of the Naiads was unveiled in 1901, it caused quite the scandal.The four beautiful nymphs pose right in the centre of the Piazza della Repubblica, their nude bodies glistening in the water.     In the antic Anantara Palace Naiadi Hotel (anantara.com) right on the Plaza is a Spa with a roof top pool, opened until 6 PM: „Fusion Spa“. Entrance fee for visitors (non Hotel guests) for the whole day including a full body oil massage was 170€ (July 2023, times and prices may change). Refreshing time out with an incredible view.
